Association and nonprofit organizations are in need for an application that will easily create a survey that can be sent out individuals who attended a meeting.
The surveys need to be easy enough to create, edit, and analyze that even someone with only a basic understanding of computers is able to administer the survey.

Create a sort of online rolodex, with all members, prospects, and other kinds contacts, and tie in a listing of all communications with that person, especially email.
The system would need to automatically collect email that is sent from anybody inside the association, and put it in the online rolodex as an attachment to the member it was sent to.
With this system in place, it would be easy to check on a member's status, see what communications have come from other departments, or find prospects that haven't been contacted in a while.
The system could also have a place for other kinds of communications, such as notes from a telephone conversation, or a listing of what snail mail they have received.

Organizations can make money by selling jobs listings on their web site that are geared to the industries that they closest serve. We need a way for our members and the general public to be able to post job listings for a price on our web site or for our newsletter.

Have a web site that associations and nonprofit organizations can easily be paired with consultants. There could be a number of ways of pairing the consultants and organizations. Some of these include:
* Automatically matching based on needs for a project
* Directory of available consultants (phone book style)
* Search based on different fields like area of expertise and location
* Classified ads type where organization would post their requirements and consultants would find them.
This particular idea would essentially answer the question of "How do I find a consultant that would fit our organization best?"

Make a website area that lists a series of videos that an association can offer for sale. To an association, it is a new form of income, and increases the value of the offerings to its members. The members gain an easy way to learn more about the association's industry.
Some associations may even be able to offer continuing education credits to members.
